Floor plan ideas for a modern single-family house of approximately 150m², without a basement

Honest Would not build the floor plan No matter the variant

I would prefer the option with the bay window and the outdoor kitchen. A little more width for the bay window would not be bad. I cannot make out the depth of the dining room and the living area, what is it? I have to say, though, that I would not place my house like this on the plot at all, which then makes the matter less meaningful.

Have you ever calculated or measured how long the hallway is? In my opinion, one should manage with a maximum of 2/3 or with half of the square meters.

Most of the time it is because one does not plan or design, but rather arranges rooms in a row. This results in a floor plan that is too long, which does not have to be the case. The building envelope was not known, right? Think about changing the house shape a bit and/or placing the house differently within the building envelope. Otherwise, just hire a construction company with architectural services or commission an architect separately.

The kitchen does not work like this in either proposal!
