I think not. The most characteristic matching feature with the latest draft of the local TE was the composition of garage and house, also with a roughly identical spacing of the two building structures.

Hello!!!

After a very long time, I am getting back in touch with two new drafts and present them here for discussion. We were unfortunately not very satisfied with the construction company from June and have now selected two other regional companies. The two drafts have emerged from various discussions, the internet, and tinkering around. I like the draft with the bay window and the covered terrace better, and my wife prefers the other one.

What do you think of the new drafts? What would you do differently?

I am already looking forward to your opinions/suggestions

... resemble each other too much to seem as if they come from two different companies (?)

Where do you want to wash and dry laundry?
I don’t see any storage space!
The hallway downstairs is huge in terms of square meters, but also very narrow without many opportunities to create storage space.
I think the upper floor is a mess in terms of walking paths and arrangements. It always looks as if everything is desperately oriented towards the two children's rooms and they always stick to a T-solution for the bathroom (whether it makes sense or not).
I don’t like the east view of the house at all, I like the other views. When viewed from the east, I always find a face with these weird narrow, tall windows, which I don’t like.
I liked the old designs better (even though they had the same laundry and storage space problem).

The two drafts are from us and have nothing to do with the construction companies. They are, of course, almost completely the same; the only difference is the bay window with the terrace roof. Wanted to know which of the two proposals you would prefer. The east side is definitely the ugliest; it just turned out that way because of the window arrangement. The two long narrow windows might still be changed. The view is not so important to us. When the future neighbor builds, almost no one will see the view anymore. The long narrow hallway on the ground floor naturally results from the arrangement of the living area. We would like the kitchen/dining/living areas to be in one line. Even with a originally planned straight staircase, it was not better. Upstairs it was important to us to get from the bedroom through the dressing room into the bathroom. And the children's rooms should be next to each other so that our child can use both. I would be grateful for any further tips/suggestions. A quick word about laundry washing: This should be done in the utility room and dried in the garden or in the storage room.
