Hello Yosan. We only have one child and another is not planned. The two children's rooms are therefore planned for our only child. The smaller one is only for sleeping and the other for playing.

- Regarding the [Technikraum], I am too much of a layman, but put a question mark there to see if this works concerning the [Grenzabstand-/Bebauung].

- I’m not an expert in construction either, but the question is certainly what should still be included in the thermal envelope and what not. Maybe ask if it is absolutely necessary for everything to be built together.

- The overhang, I don't know if I like it that much. But that's a matter of taste. If it were me, I would either pull the dining room up to the edge of the overhang or just roof the terrace.

The thread in question also recently (a few weeks ago, at most in the past quarter) had an update post from its OP with floor plan images, but I can't find it right now :-( I once asked that OP where his wall thickness came from (his program draws including plaster thickness), but even external searches didn't help me at the moment.
