You mean something like this now, regardless of the interior of the house. I don't know. That wouldn't be for me. I would at most shift to the north, place the bar crosswise, terrace in the south around the corner.:

Thank you for the many helpful suggestions. Now I am slowly starting to understand why I didn’t really like the draft. Somehow, I kept going around in circles over the past few days. The terrace would of course be much better positioned facing SW, but the idea was not to be roasted directly in the midday sun or to slightly mitigate the constant west wind. I also don’t like that the terrace is right next to the neighbor’s property, especially since the property is not yet developed and it is unclear how the future neighbor plans to build their house there. Starting with the garage at the southern tip seems rather suboptimal at first glance. But let’s see what else comes up. I’d better start all over again. Hopefully the GU still has good ideas.

I meant option 2. I like it best.

Me too. In my opinion, the plot requires very good planting anyway. First of all, the long fence along the street needs to be planted so that the views into the nice thick south corner are not so drastic. But please no thuja! Besides, if it is really that windy and there is fear of the sun, I would immediately put up a trellis on the terrace where the vine can spread. It serves as sun and wind protection and you literally get grapes growing into your mouth. Best to plan it directly into the roof drainage.

Me too. The triangle only referred to the tip, the house preferably straight, towards the back, the garage in the corner.

Hello! After a few attempts, I have now created a completely new draft. I would like to have your opinions or suggestions on this again. However, we are not sure about the flat roof. It could also be a hip roof or a shed roof. The arrangement of the windows is also not ideal yet but is supposed to show the direction. Regarding the technical room, I do not know if it would be permissible with the boundary development. The pantry is also still under discussion and could possibly move under the stairs. The space freed up by this would benefit the kitchen. Now I look forward to your suggestions. Thank you
