The crucial factor is the height of the storey. 18.5 and 26 would be very good. What is supposed to be the hole between the stairs and the bathroom on the upper floor anyway? A mouse nesting box?

So basically everything is still possible, small changes without extra charge, for bigger ones the structural engineer would have to take another look and also the planning office would have to get involved again. It now depends on the change.

Because we currently also have a seating area with a window in the hallway and our children like to sit there gladly and play in the play hallway, and we are not far away then.
