The questionnaire refers to the house, not to the other costs. The 3000/sqm is not an official calculation, but only a rough estimate. It can often be inferred that many include the ancillary construction costs when adding up. In addition, it is well known that a different calculation figure applies in the north than in the south.

We have a contract price for the house including special features such as clinker brickwork, underfloor heating, finished attic, chimney, etc. So as pictured €416,000 + €25,000 for the garage, for which we already have an offer. With kitchen, fireplace, and additional construction costs, we are expecting up to €550,000 excluding outdoor facilities or furniture; however, we have calculated a separate budget for that. I think that should be roughly accurate...

Is that an offer including a fixed price guarantee? Because I know from several builders that they no longer provide fixed price guarantees nowadays. At most for the shell construction, after that one must expect price increases.
