In my opinion, everything looks nice and good at first glance. You can calculate furniture and equipment with at least 100k again. With direct awards, it often costs more than 10% more than planned. Therefore, I would cautiously increase the buffer a bit.

Especially since a 1 MB PDF... there are enough people here who only browse on mobile.

Spontaneously, I am reminded of this post , also a combination of a steep slope and a high concentration of failed window placements. To me, this design looks like the work of a draftsman who mostly works in multi-family residential buildings. I do not see "Bauhaus style" here – that involves more than just a flat roof in white and an arrangement of shoeboxes. This is more like Hornbach style. Is there even an architectural award object that is being attempted to be rebuilt here "with simple means"?

Oh yes, always those poor millionaires who can't afford a program to convert images... ;)

The architect apparently likes long, dark, and narrow corridors. And dark dressing rooms.

Thank you for the note on the post. What do you find particularly flawed? The double-wing windows? Alternatively...panoramic windows? Floor-to-ceiling windows? Thanks for converting =) I am open to ideas on how to get more light into the corridors. The dark dressing room is not really a problem for me. Note: On the lowest floor, there is rock to the right and below.
