Because we want to use one of the back rooms as a children's room if needed. At least the option should be available.
Oh, but this option hasn't been mentioned at all yet?! I remember my inquiry, which you answered with 2 people. Well then... I would now simply state some basic facts: It is an apartment, 59 sqm plus an 11 sqm storage room. Storage room because the window officially prohibits a living space. So it is a 2 1/2-room apartment with a total of 70 sqm. The layout is not suitable for families, the bathroom is not suitable for families. For an infant or baby, it's all fine, but for a toddler I see you looking for a bigger apartment. Because for children who want to play and spend more time in the room, I do not see that happening in this 11 sqm room. Consequently, I would plan the apartment for a couple, and if the child option plays a role, convert the hobby room into a children's room, i.e. for bed and dresser. While watching TV you lounge (read something about that at the beginning), others use or hobbies not mentioned... a dining table is important for you. So: you'll have to compromise somehow.
e.g. TV connections and power outlets, sliding door to the terrace )
I would plan with version 1 or 3. 2 is out. For that, the sofa in the middle of the room is good for neither coziness nor utility. On the contrary: it disturbs. Or alternatively the option I considered to use the storage room as a cozy room. I would see the sliding door to the balcony on the right side. That fits with every version. Better to have the dining table aligned with the hallway than the sofa. It's an apartment after all, so the open alignment is not that unpleasant, if it is at all. I would place the TV socket in the storage room, on the long main wall in the living room and on the right wall. And if double sockets are distributed well, it will also work well.
