No, not that we know of. We simply hadn’t considered that this is allowed. But we would like it as it would give us more space in the south/garden. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for the suggestion. We might even like it better than our original idea since we would simply have more garden to the south. Would you not make a direct connection between house and garage since the two buildings are separate in your plan? So rather the question: is there anything speaking against it? Regarding the living space again.. it should really be around 180 sqm. We would have to increase our budget accordingly, but surely not up to 600K, or are we so wrong about that?
