In BY, garages are permitted on the property boundary, does the development plan restrict this?

once again regarding the standard equipment: This is a standard bathroom in a 120 sqm apartment in Vienna costing 1.3 million euros.

No, not that we know of. We simply hadn’t considered that this is allowed. But we would like it as it would give us more space in the south/garden. Thanks for the tip.

Garage 6*6 m, house 12*8 m reduced due to budget. It is probably still too big 150 m2 living space.

A 1200 m2 plot and a budget of 350k does not speak for Viennese conditions. The picture is social housing from 20 years ago.

Thanks for the suggestion. We might even like it better than our original idea since we would simply have more garden to the south. Would you not make a direct connection between house and garage since the two buildings are separate in your plan? So rather the question: is there anything speaking against it? Regarding the living space again.. it should really be around 180 sqm. We would have to increase our budget accordingly, but surely not up to 600K, or are we so wrong about that?
