Is there already financing in place? Maybe it would be better to focus on what is feasible. Not that the bank bursts the dream ...

You have not yet acquired or rather read through any basics... ... Also no threads in the subforums construction costs or floor plan experiences... why, for example, should/must it be 180 sqm? It all doesn't seem well thought out to me. You can certainly dream of a house, but you also have to be able to cover the costs. Since you are 22 and 25 years old, with a child, the income will also be smaller and the living expenses higher. Let me correct, if I may: 2200€/sqm standard energy saving ordinance without any frills 400000 Painter and flooring in own work: 15000 Double garage 30000 Upgrades: 20000 Paving work 20000 Additional construction costs 60000 Outdoor facilities 10000 Kitchen, lamps, small stuff 30000 Buffer 30000 615,000€ Without buffer and much own work 550,000!

There are expectations that give me shortness of breath. But you really have to plan for seriously obese children to "need" that much space ;-)

You never know at that age whether and what (and how much) is still to come. ;) But again here: Either significantly increase the budget or stay well below the 180 m².

@TE:

Is there any reason why you absolutely need 180m²?

I'm just asking because at the beginning of every project (especially if you haven't dealt with the subject yet), people have ideas that are totally far from reality. That's normal... You just have to deal with it early on in order to be able to orient yourself accordingly elsewhere.
