Geothermal energy and solar also cost a lot of money... If that is your wish, you will certainly have to save in other areas again.

Just make a non-binding appointment with a regional general contractor and get advice - have something drawn up that fits your price budget - taking into account all incidental costs, etc.

Then first reduce the floor plan. I also estimate everything will cost 600 to 700 k until you can move in.
