Why is the window so low on the east side?
The basement is okay.
What kind of staircase is that? (Slope)
Unclear whether the bathroom drainage through the kitchen causes problems.
Reassess the mezzanine – now there’s almost half a meter less space and the roof shifts, right?
Don’t underestimate the noise transmission through the gallery... I would think carefully about whether to leave it open downwards. Try an experiment and put a TV in front of the children’s room and see what you can still hear inside.
You can be seen from the street into the bedroom, right? Not sure if I would like that.
I would also question the north child’s room. Maybe swap things around a bit. Children’s room 2 where the bathroom is now (move the wall so the two children’s rooms are the same size) – bedroom where children’s room 2 is now, keep the dressing room there, bathroom where the bedroom is now.
It’s already an extremely large dining and living room (you notice a slightly different arrangement) – including the kitchen it’s 74 sqm... I find that a bit exaggerated... but well, if you have enough money.
That’s it so far, best regards
Which window do you mean is low? The bedroom window? The staircase will be a half-turned staircase, which we have already tested with the measurements. We both do not like spiral staircases – they take too long. The roof should remain as it is. What is additionally covered on the ground floor will be finished above the roof or we will wait and see what the architect delivers.
Bedroom – that is my wife’s stubbornness, she would like all windows floor-to-ceiling. She absolutely wants to be able to look outside from the bed and no slants in the bedroom.
