Don’t underestimate the noise transmission through the gallery... I would seriously consider whether to leave that open to the downstairs. Do an experiment and put a TV in front of the children’s room and see what you can still hear inside.
People can look into your bedroom from the street, right? Unclear if I would like that.
I would also question the north child room. Possibly swap some things around. Children’s room 2 where the bathroom is now (move the wall so the two children’s rooms are the same size) - bedroom where children’s room 2 is, keep the dressing room, bathroom where the bedroom is.
That is already an extremely large dining and living room (which you notice somewhat from the different furnishing) - including the kitchen it is then 74 m² ... I find that a bit over the top ... but okay, if you have enough money.
