Have you checked your architect's references? Probably a relatively young architect who is doing it for you for a little less.

Even with a very well-known prefab house manufacturer, I got a quote (Schwörerhaus) they charged about €15,000 for the architect, structural engineer, and everything that goes with it. I’m just a little surprised, please don’t misunderstand.

I find your (merlin83) shell construction and roof costs quite low estimated - especially for BW. We also have just under 200 m² plus 40 m² usable area plus a double garage and were at 160-170 TEUR for shell construction offers and at 40 TEUR for carpenter/roofer (gable roof, two flat dormers, garage flat roof).

Therefore, I would be a bit cautious regarding the costs - for the other positions it usually feels about right.
