Can one safely walk upright past the end of the bed, despite the slope?
Legitimate question. Here is the configuration with wall construction +30cm = height 1.1m (That’s how high the headboard of our bed is):
How wide are the children's rooms and on how much area can one stand upright?
Width: 2.7m Area (min 2m height): 7.7m²
What I want to add, the children’s rooms get the permitted 3m gable, so about 1.3m room height increase per room. That’s another 1.7m² + 7.7m² = 9.4m²
Would it not be appropriate to dispense with the dressing room and utility room if the children’s rooms cannot otherwise be properly furnished?
Dispensing is rather not possible, but giving up about 10 cm would be conceivable.
If the shower does not get a door, it might get a bit wet on the way to the toilet.
Thanks, we will consider that. A glass door here should also look good.
Move the guest room door to the other side of the room and about 70 cm away from the wall. Then there is space for a closet in the room behind and in the hallway the coat closet can be placed in front of the front door.

I would like that too.
Also draw in the tall cabinets you want in the kitchen.
We had thought of it like this:
Edit: for us a distance of about 125 cm between the rows has proven to be very good
Thanks for the experience!
Sorry, I’ve never really gotten the knee wall calculations. :(
No problem, father-in-law has experience here and said 75 outside, inside 110 gross – floor/roof construction = 80 net (0.8m).
Thanks for your opinion!
The plan will go to a submission planner anyway.
