If you only take the sqm, certainly not, but furnishing has to fit in. The drawn-in corner wardrobes by the window, are they 60 deep? So e.g. 60cm Pax plus door 2cm or sliding door plus 10cm - can the window still be fully opened then?

Ok. I still don't find the rooms luxurious, but you can make something out of them.

Until school starts if no desk is needed, the space in front of the window is good for Lego/train sets, afterwards it will be a bit tight with a desk in there (for Lego cities that should sometimes stay set up). But starting from the teenage years, it works quite well again.

Ps I still wouldn't be against a complete redesign - sometimes something good comes out of it ;)
