We have also had a heat pump with cooling function installed, we will see how well the cooling works. Regarding the price, I will give you feedback as soon as I have the invoice here, I have to add up various works because the laying of the panels was done by the floor layer here, not the sanitary installer, of course, he also had to create the substructure for the floorboards.

Thank you for the initial information. I am very interested in further detailed pictures of the exact floor structure and, of course, whether you are satisfied with it once the floor is finished.

I'll see what other detailed pictures I have. Details about the construction:

The substructure for the floorboards is made of theater slats - since construction height was important, we were able to build as low as possible - these are very straight and dimensionally accurate, allowing for quick leveling.
To ensure the heating plates are pressed tightly against the floorboards, a fill was applied between the joists; we used Cemwood CW 020, a wood chip fill. This was smoothed off on the joists lying in water. Then the heating plates go in. The heating pipe is a 16x2mm aluminum composite pipe, which also allows for some flow; many low-build systems only use 14mm pipe.

I chose this system for the above reasons, primarily because our raw concrete was uneven and we were able to create a flat surface with the joists without having to smooth everything out with leveling compound beforehand.

In new construction, with sufficiently smooth concrete floors, one can also consider the Lithotherm system. It is very mature and corresponds in principle to the same structure. The advantage is certainly the somewhat better impact sound insulation and the joists directly integrated into the system.
I spent quite a long time dealing with most floor heating systems as a dry system under floorboards.
Ripal offers a completely different approach, although I liked the other systems better.

May I jump in here and ask a (stupid) question: I am following the thread with interest but haven’t quite understood what exactly one needs to pay attention to with floating installation over underfloor heating. In my case, the screed is poured with underfloor heating inside. The construction height is calculated at 17mm (tiles are already in place). Unfortunately, I only recently found out that floating installation is also possible with underfloor heating. Is that possible with solid wood planks as well? Are there any in a thickness of 14-15mm? Then I still have to add 3mm of corrugated cardboard. I would really like a floating installation of solid wood parquet (without layers and glue in between), but I am already constrained by the conditions of the underfloor heating in the screed and the construction height of 17mm.

For a purely floating installation, I think hardly any floorboard manufacturer (solid wood) will give you an OK. Clips would be an alternative, but not with 15mm boards. With 15mm, I would rather go for a 3-layer parquet (which btw. also exists completely from one type of wood, meaning the carrier and the top layer are made of the same wood). Elastion would be another option, but if the screed is already in and floorboards are desired, I would glue them. The requirements: No glue (therefore no parquet - floating floor) and no adhesive (therefore no floorboards) in my opinion cannot be combined with the existing floor structure with a wooden floor.

Thank you, ! That is a good summary. Even I understand it as a layman. Then I would probably choose the option "floating, but still engineered wood flooring (what is the correct term for that??)". Now I have to check if that also fits within the 17mm. But theoretically it should, if the same engineered wood flooring was planned for a glued installation.
