First floor plan draft living kitchen - discussion, feedback

That might just be enough for the shower if you are not exactly 2.10m tall and do not choose a high shower tray. But just imagine your long hallway, whose ceiling then makes a kink downwards just before the end.

I just measured the shower in our apartment - the tiles go up to about 2.10 m high. The hallway facing south should be about 6 meters - towards the door it would bend from 2.50 m to 2.20 m, right? I have absolutely no idea what that looks like :) Regards Markus

So, just coming from the second appointment with another architect. What can I say - this is a completely different design and a completely different approach.

The floor area is a bit smaller at the bottom, but without an extension. All our wishes were considered (including the optional ones). From the first impression, the floor plan works much better. The orientation is at the top approximately north. Previous optimization suggestions from us: - Remove the window in the utility room upstairs and put the washing machine / dryer there + cabinets - Swap the office and bedroom so that the parents' area has the bathroom + dressing room (the bathtub should be for everyone).

My wife and I will look at the floor plan itself over the weekend - until then maybe one of you has comments. PS: It’s no longer 170m^2, but according to the sketch calculation, the old one was 180 :)

Let me show you a cross-section of the staircase. Above the 4th step, there should already be [OG-Boden]. I think the passage might become too narrow.
