The hallway upstairs is a dark hole without sun...

I come back with harsh words, in my eyes a complete misplanning. (Orientation of the house on the plot is not taken into account.)

-27 sqm sleeping area that is not really usable - not even 3 m of wall for a closet - but then a tiny children's room + slant (even though work still has to be done for that :D) - Bathroom: corridor to the toilet becomes a torment - upstairs hallway (already mentioned) - washing machine near the couch (soundproof wall or not...) ... technology in general - to me it’s all too open: hallway/stairs/kitchen/toilet/dining... --> even in the living area you have no peace. Front door --> stairs (you hear everything...) -???

What exactly is the challenge that one (or woman) can’t create a reasonable floor plan with normal dimensions?

Why 45 cm walls? Use timber studs, you get about 4 sqm downstairs, 2 sqm more upstairs, with identical dimensions and equivalent building envelope

Addendum: Intentionally no second shower planned upstairs? Or is the idea that one showers while another bathes at the same time but in the other bathroom? It would be a nightmare for me to have to go downstairs after getting up and then go back upstairs to get dressed after showering... Have you ever tested the floor plan with everyday life in mind?

The challenge is the popular case of the concept "price equal with an outer wall frame identical to the catalog house". I don't find an intentional separation of cleaning and wellness bathing so far-fetched. I have often mixed cola and lemonade, beer and wine never (and haven't missed it).

Sure, you can do that.
But the way it’s implemented doesn’t convince me. I would rather have the cleansing bath close to my sleeping area and the wellness bath close to the wine supply (kitchen)...

I grew up like that. Bathtub upstairs and shower downstairs, and I just found that pleasant. That’s why we divided it that way. And as already mentioned: the niche upstairs is big enough to set up an independent home office if the kids ever need one. But at least that way, you are flexible. And if not, a walk-in closet or something. Location on the property was adjusted according to the forum’s recommendations. So it really can’t be a planning error anymore.
