I apologize if I misunderstood something. To me, it sounded as if you wanted to compare a semi-detached house with a basement, garage, and shed to a 120m² house for 5 people without a basement, garage, and shed.

Is there still interest in me comparing your numbers with ours during the calculation?

Yes, very much so, maybe you could also write how many m2 of living space you had.

Moreover, it is simply very difficult to keep a house that is too small and has no storage space tidy with children. We are currently living in a small terraced house. Two of us moved in here. Back then it was great. The children's room served as a storage room and the converted attic with a gallery as an office and drying rack space. In the meantime, two children live here in the only children's room. The attic with home office space is our only storage option and is now just completely cluttered. The open but small living/dining area is taken over by the children in every corner. There is always something lying around here because many things simply no longer have a fixed place. That is really annoying! I am looking forward to our soon significantly more square meters.

Ok, we are building the Flair 152re (with extension but I will simply leave that out here). So besides the house price and the contractually agreed changes (heat pump, barrier-free showers, etc.) the following calculations came up: Additional foundation costs 6500 (were ultimately 6400) Removal of excavated soil 2500 Construction water/electricity 2000 Painter/flooring work 9000 (of which 6000 accounted as own labor, rest material) Outdoor facilities 16000 (6000 own labor, rest material) Inspection shaft, lifting system or similar 5000 Surveying costs and other fees 3500 Construction period interest 2500 Mortgage registration 2580

Oh, and a sampling buffer... I just forgot how much, but I can't quickly calculate that without an extension, what we ultimately spent on resamplings.
