First conversation with the developer - first numbers...

We are currently building with Town & Country and already received a calculation to take home during the first meeting back then. It was only minimally adjusted here and there later on and otherwise left as it was, and so far everything is working out. However, I think the costs were estimated higher than yours. I can gladly check tonight. But at least for the construction electricity, I am already sure that 2000 or 2500 was assumed. And of course also a sampling buffer. Regarding the samplings, I have to say that we were positively surprised by many additional costs and in some areas didn’t even order samples at all. So if you don’t have any special wishes, 10k should easily be enough. At least for us, it was sufficient despite alone 4000€ for the roof tiles.

Just because you want to build down-to-earth and reasonably doesn’t mean it has to be a run-of-the-mill house. Even a smaller house can be beautiful.

It would be very kind if you could look up your breakdown this evening. I think that really too little has been budgeted here and there. A bit of a buffer for unforeseen events, which occur in any house construction, is preferable to us.
