The children could maybe still be locked together in a bigger room, but the utility room is amazing. I have to quote Yvonne’s nice list again [we should maybe pin it somewhere] – all for the 5m² utility room, where the tech has already been deducted (it alone needs the 5m² – at least!):



I also think you should go for about 150m². Less than that is too tight for 5 people.

Hello Yosan, now, because of the floor plan discussion, I checked the page of our local Town & Country company today and saw that you can also admire the current construction sites there. Am I right to assume that it is you in SQ? Best regards Axel

yes I also have to take a look at what pictures are there. The last time I looked, they only had the foundation slab.

I also recognized that on the foundation slab (extension). But now there are also nice topping-out ceremony and client photos. Nice!

oh right yes the extension is quite distinctive. At the topping-out ceremony, N.s (when they saw the room live) considered maybe offering it as a package directly in the future because they like the idea.

Extensions are always great - we actually have two of them in GW ...
