It's already a small space miracle what they squeeze into 120 sqm. I don't find any dimensions, so I consider some things there questionable. The 3rd children's room is supposed to become the workspace next to the master bedroom? Then question the dimensions of the master bedroom and the 3rd children's room. How is that supposed to be furnished? Also with a sloping ceiling? There are also no storage options for a 5-person household. The 5 sqm utility room is barely enough for the technology. There is no space for storage. Where are things supposed to be stored? Where can a small drying rack be placed? Not building too big is a very good intention. But living in this house with 3 children will be a real challenge. For three children's rooms, I would rather ask for the prices of the Lichthaus 152.

we are also currently building a house with 127 sqm... on the upper floor there is a standard small bathroom, a children's room, and a bedroom... if you reduce the size of the bedroom a bit, you could fit a second children's room, but that's it... i would look at model homes if i were you, so you can get an idea of the size... especially since a small bathroom has to be used by 5 people or at least 2 people at the same time...

No one said you should build 170-180. But 120 is too tight. There are also intermediate sizes.

That's right, like the Town & Country Flair 134: for 3000 more you get the desired room layout. HAR then has 8 m2. At least that. Would a walk-in attic be possible there too?

Yes, sure, but what use are the square meter numbers if I don’t know how long the wall at the head end of the master bed is? That’s what I meant by dimensioning.
