We paid €147,500 in December 2019 --> for 567sqm, fully developed, in Rötha.

May I ask why you want to go to Naunhof? Solely because of the social connections? Just out of interest, since we didn’t have Naunhof on our radar. It was too far from the lakes for us.

Is Kahnsdorf an option for you, or is that already considered south? There is a new development area there. From my point of view, great, right between the two lakes. Price: The prices are tiered as follows: €230 – 280/m², €280 – 330/m², and €330 – 430/m². It seems you can still buy some plots there.

It is indeed a nice area if you like nature, but for the distance to Leipzig, it is already extremely expensive - just intense...

Neither OS nor HB are exactly ultimate hotspots. (Sorry to all residents there.) Here with us in NRW, 200 EUR/m² would generally be considered cheap if you want to live somewhat close to any metropolitan areas. And I still find NRW to be rather moderate in terms of price structure compared to the rest of Germany. As a surveyed resident, I would find both questions rather unfortunate. Both have something like "coming on too strong." But of course, you also want to get to the point quickly.

Eleven hundred square meters – that’s really impressive, what kind of land is still coming onto the market in the prairie, which in the more densely populated federal states would be called Ponderosas. However, I am surprised that despite shameless price per square meter, the plots are still so large. I have already read 450 and even 550 sqm as minimum sizes in development plans, but hopefully plots over a thousand are not “required”? I would not describe the procedure described as “unprofessional” – rather as “semi-criminal,” and just regarding the cc alone at least questionable, though still compatible with the GDPR. Apparently it is not carelessness behind it, but in my opinion a calculation that points to a gray-area gambler. So someone you wouldn’t do business with as a reputable businessman yourself – which does not exclude that you gladly pass on your business card to milieu contacts *grins*

Good grief... where exactly are the jobs in and around Leipzig that would allow for such square meter prices? A few years ago we also considered moving to that area, but in terms of the job market, it didn't look very promising. Seeing these prices, I'm quite glad it didn’t work out. You don’t even pay that here within walking distance to the Volkswagen plant... crazy.

It can happen that you don’t come across well to some people or cause confusion. So what, it’s about increasing the likelihood of achieving the goal and not about pleasing everyone.

In every city there are such jobs and earning opportunities.
