Exactly at such points my doubts about points systems arise. A community should be "economically" glad when its sons and daughters undertake journeyman years for a good education. Unfortunately, in most local resident models, this results in penalty points compared to those who have never left the small town and have thereby secured a firmly fixed place in the waiting queue. This ultimately promotes "incestuously" career paths and ultimately weakens the location.To have any chance as outsiders, we would have to come with 6 children.
Exactly these people should actually be able to provide themselves with land outside of such lotteries as well.Points systems are nice for the people who already live in the town and sit on the board of the football club.
