There were two providers who went into very specific details about the property, far down in the Immoscout listing, of course. Exact square meter number (not rounded), exact district, and the indication "directly on the outskirts of Xyz," as well as the property price, were enough for me to successfully ask Google.

Oh, that's what you mean. However, you also have to be able to "play indirectly," i.e., the offer with retrievable seller information must still be findable in its respective portal. However, this way one often also encounters dead links, meaning that unfortunately, already removed listings are found. Attractive offers are often cloned without regard for their validity date, i.e., the source offer can already be two or more years old.

My colleague from M does not even consider a house there, despite a good salary. That is why I said that the prices mentioned here are not necessarily expensive when viewed nationwide. That it was cheaper in the past is almost the case everywhere.

Believe me, in MUC some would be glad to get 3k€ net per person. If you don't belong to haute couture and haven't inherited, it doesn't look significantly better there despite high purchase prices and rents, that's a misconception. I know companies, engineers, and pilots who live in or are based in MUC, they don't pay/earn significantly more than we do... people there just work to live in Munich or around Munich and to belong to the club.

I was also surprised that my colleagues at the headquarters in Stuttgart only have about 250 net more... I had rather thought it would be triple.
