I think these are the plots that are also offered on one of the major online portals. The exact address is listed there as well. I checked it out on Google Maps right away. :-) I saw Lidl and Netto, but not the gas station. I really like having a gas station nearby. :-) If you get an insane craving for sweets at 2:00 AM (it's a woman thing ;-) ), you can quickly get some supplies... I once lived opposite a gas station.

Yes, but in Munich they probably also laugh at a net income of 3k, which is already considered a good salary in other regions.

What I wanted to say is that it depends on the proportionality.

In Munich, one can at best laugh about an income of this level, because with it will unfortunately hardly be possible. Elsewhere, it is even enough for rent and vacation.

We have already been in talks with Helma. All small plots around 500sqm, the bigger ones are already gone. They ask for €275/sqm, and land + house come from Helma, meaning property transfer tax applies to both... and that for the "bad location" for us and quite steep prices. We want to move out of the city, currently live directly opposite an Edeka market and long for peace :) still, thanks!

A very good tip, thanks! We are now in talks with 1-2 providers that we found through this way. Prefabricated house providers who claim to have plots sometimes reveal enough information on Immoscout to find the plot provider. Great, thanks!

Believe me, in MUC some people would be happy to get 3k€ net per person. If you don't belong to haute couture and haven't inherited, it doesn't look significantly better there despite high purchase prices and rents, that's a misconception. I know companies, engineers, and pilots who live or are based in MUC, they don't pay/earn significantly more than we do... you just work there to live in Munich or around Munich and to belong to the club.
