Ask the neighbor if he knows where his property ends. With the pulled-out boundary point, you will hardly get around a surveyor.The next problem is, where does the boundary actually run. In Lower Saxony, we had posts in the ground at all property corners. Here, a boundary was cut into the curb, one had a boundary point (which someone pulled out), and at the back where there is no street, I haven't discovered anything that looks like a boundary at all.
