First of all, thank you for the abundant responses.
To begin with, I have to say that the furniture drawings are a suggestion from the draftsman.
We will place the furniture a little differently.

The pictures are facing south.
It is a corner plot.
The house entrance door is on the east side. This is also the access road for the residential area. Since parking spaces are planned along our property there, unfortunately I cannot place my driveway there. We have already inquired with the city about shifting the parking space. But for that, manhole covers and the access to the residential area would probably have to be moved. We would have to bear the costs of about 3500 euros. That was too much for us.
The house will be about 40 cm below the upper street level in the south.
But the front door, in turn, about 1 m above street level in the east.
The slope has to be compensated on the north side with a retaining wall about 1 m high.

- The shower on the ground floor is a normal one and not flush with the floor. Unfortunately, the shower could only be placed that way. I didn’t want to lose too much space in the study. If someone has another idea, feel free.
- I wanted the utility room near the entrance area because I wanted to store water crates and some food in the utility room. The utility room should not have an outside door.
- The path from the garage to the entrance should be realized via a paved path around the house. The garage will come later anyway, and I think I will also move it forward a bit.
- I am not really satisfied with the bathroom upstairs. The children’s room had to be somewhat reduced to realize the flush shower. There will be no bidet upstairs as drawn. That is a misunderstanding. I would prefer to have the shower where the bidet is, but the knee wall is too low there, the architect said. Alternative suggestions are gladly accepted ;)
- The window in the staircase is a floor-to-ceiling window that should start at landing height.
- I plan the kitchen as an L-shaped kitchen with an island element with a cooking area.

Looks like a slightly modified design from the company G....k, which is basically not wrong.

The garage is also too far from the entrance for me; the short distance inside the house to the utility room doesn't help much if I have to walk all the way around the house in the rain beforehand. Swapping the office and the utility room does make the office smaller, but it is certainly a convenience in everyday life (with a side entrance).

The desired 8 dining seats are a bit tight in the conservatory. Simply turning the table sideways and extending it is quite difficult with this layout and a kitchen island later on.

Swapping the utility room and office, however, brings problems with the drainage from the upper floor again and makes the utility room even more unusable due to 2 doors.

I find the development of the property very strange... but well, you can't judge that from a distance.

It might be more logical to move the garage to the north, put an exterior door at the corner of the house there, and also plan the front door on the north side. That way, you have short ways to get into the house with all your stuff.

The conservatory seems very narrow at 2.16 meters to place a dining table there: you can google the dimensions needed for a seat at a table. It's 60 cm depth per chair - with a table width of 90 cm, that comes to 2.10 meters. So theoretically, it's doable.

In the north is the neighboring property. In the [Baufeldplan] you can see that better. Our construction site is 4.5
