Feedback on the floor plan of a single-family house on a slab foundation desired

Ok, now I understand what you wanted to say. We have already discussed this with the architect. It doesn't work because of the slope. I then have to build 2 retaining walls. One at the boundary to the neighbor not more than 1m high and the next again 1m high but only at a distance of 3m from the neighbor. Then I also need space in front of the entrance. Everything will be too tight and basically I won't have much garden area left. Since my property is not very large, I don't want to build it up too much.
