If the KVz is full, they will surely proudly report about their VDSL connection. :D

At the address where we are docking, the KVZ is full, they would first have to expand it there, whether and when this happens is unclear.

We used Gigacube back then as a temporary solution, it works perfectly.

You might also want to look into LTE directional antennas. They can potentially boost performance significantly.

I think that's different infrastructure. Telekom can hardly do anything in the region, hence their 2Mbit connection. The other provider has its own infrastructure, they really dug and expanded there in the region - and offer "up to 100 Mbit," which we ordered - but we got the mentioned note in the order confirmation saying "we currently cannot activate it because the technology is still missing." So it's a bit iffy. But I know that my family in their respective houses is connected through the regional provider because Telekom simply doesn't have anything decent on offer.
