Hi,

I would have said something to that...

You are the client, you pay for the show, you decide the show!

or also

"Client is spelled G-O-D."

There are people who like to forget who actually pays their salary.

But on the topic, much more exciting than the actual empty conduit could be the multi-utility introduction into the house. It either has to fit the empty conduit (which is likely to be difficult with a 75mm KG pipe) or you have to live with just leading the empty conduit up to the house wall and leaving the connection point open until someone manages to pull the right cable through.

Regards,

Andreas

Not everyone has such a multi-branch fox. Typically, there are KG pipes in the floor slab where the lines pass through.

Yes, I would also have preferred without multiple sectors, but unfortunately I was obliged to take one.

I have bothered Telekom again - according to the builder hotline it costs me nothing extra beyond the €799.00 if the civil engineering company includes it on 29.04. I was assured that the order will still be placed in time. I am curious.

There is nothing traditional about it.
Unbelievable.

Here in BW, Netze BW had a requirement that there MUST be a multi-utility house entry. There was no other way. Sure, 800€, but everything is sealed and neat. Each medium has its own conduit. And one for the garage.

Topic Telekom
Yes, 799€ for the connection. Without conduit or similar. You can get 400€ credited if you become a customer after moving in.
For our build, everything was applied for right from the start and when applying for the power connection via Netze BW, there was an option to tick that Telekom was also commissioned. Netze BW then pulled all the cables in. And on the eve of moving in, the technician was there to connect everything. Not a day without disruption and the number came with...

Why so pissed off? Of course, the introduction of multiple branches is an innovation that is not always used for a long time. Here in the district, no one insists on it, neither the special purpose association that supplies gas and water and disposes of wastewater, nor the network AG, nor Telekom. In our utility room, they all come in side by side through pipe sections, which they sealed at the top with a plastered base.

799 euros incl 15 meters of civil engineering work.

Each additional meter costs a fortune extra to the Tiefblauer.

That’s why I swallowed the 1700 euros too, since I would have needed 35 meters of civil engineering work.
