I would have said something to that...
You are the client, you pay for the show, you decide the show!
or also
"Client is spelled G-O-D."
There are people who like to forget who actually pays their salary.
But on the topic, much more exciting than the actual empty conduit could be the multi-utility introduction into the house. It either has to fit the empty conduit (which is likely to be difficult with a 75mm KG pipe) or you have to live with just leading the empty conduit up to the house wall and leaving the connection point open until someone manages to pull the right cable through.
