So the approval came to you. From that I read that you are the builders, not buyers of a developer house. What is then meant by you building "together" with the planning office – what stake do they have in the matter?
Changes between the draft plans and the building application plans should have been communicated to you. Changes after the building application plans would have required corrections.
I do not understand why the change in the window position led to a change in room sizes (so I am waiting for your plan drawings). Normally, it is the builders who still move the windows "on the fly." I cannot see what would motivate an architect to do that. From copyright alone, I do not see that covered.

We have agreed on further collaboration with the planning office, that they will prepare and submit the draft plans for the building application, take over the tendering of the trades, the site management, etc.
How the room size changes is shown by the pictures I inserted! In the draft plans, the windows on the south side of the ground floor and basement were not aligned! But instead of shifting the window in the ground floor to the left by the corresponding 55cm, the architect shifted the window/door in the basement to the right by 55cm in the execution planning!
As a result, the middle room in the basement became smaller and the other room larger, with an offset due to the staircase, which was not planned that way! I hope this can be seen in the pictures!!
Why the architect didn’t simply shift the window in the ground floor to the left by the corresponding cm, which would not have caused any spatial changes, I do not yet know, as an answer is still pending!
