An objection is now really a bit late. In my opinion, the wall is 36 thick. It looks different in the floor plan. Unfortunately, the measurement cannot be read.

I don’t see any roller shutter box. Neither in the plan nor on the building.

What will the next floor be? Wooden construction? The section is not an execution plan, right? All the information is missing.

From a technical point of view, I do not see any problem with the changed construction. As for the reduced WF and the non-compliant execution, it is probably the same problem again: poor site supervision. We already said that back then.

phew... I find that quite adventurous, both from the basement builder and the site manager, to let something like that pass.

Maybe it is possible to agree on something like an extended warranty. Exactly where it is supposed to be watertight (WU concrete) there is now a joint of 2 different materials. It may well be that nothing will ever happen there, but if water does get in and the plaster inside peels off, I would definitely want the person who messed it up to take responsibility for it. And that even after maybe 10 years have passed.

I also haven't seen any drawings but the format of the future windows allows to infer it. Above all, it is a children's room..

You can see different hatchings in the (unfortunately legendless) plans, and that actually the side walls were supposed to be the load-bearing ones, not the facade wall. In the plan, the facade should have had an ETICS, but it has now apparently become porous brick in the total thickness of the ETICS wall. You should at least get the "everyone does whatever they want here" construction approved retrospectively in the form it is actually built. The approval only applies to what was applied for - not for a similar building in the same place. Discuss with a lawyer who is also familiar with insolvency law when to pose the "Gretchenfrage" about professional liability insurance to the "planning office."

I am not allowed to link it here, and you can only communicate with me externally via PM (see forum search: 11ant gmx). However, at the spot you quoted, you will find the exact title of the post, which you basically only need to enter (exactly, with quotation marks) into Google search.
