Do you have any idea what costs would come up if we were to equip 120 sqm with a 2mm interior plaster? (incl. primer and paint)

I haven't found any great calculators online. Do you have a go-to estimate for what price I might expect? I would now calculate with €2000-3000.

Current status:

We have now removed about 85% of the wallpaper and 80% of the floors. The orders for the individual trades I can't manage myself will go out on 02.01.

When everything that doesn't generate rent is removed, we want to insulate the attic and go down the side to the knee wall. After that, we want to take a look at the old roller shutter boxes. Things are moving forward.

Is it really only 120 sqm of wall surface, or a full 120 sqm of living space?

Do you really mean two millimeters of top coat as a kind of wallpaper-replacing wall coating?

In my family, almost everyone has wallpapered by default. A buddy who renovated a similar property to mine plastered everything inside. Interior plaster, build-up height, grain size, don’t ask me, but I generally find that nice. He couldn't give me exact details about the total price. There was money available and he just kept buying more when he needed something. What experiences have you generally had when a 120 sqm (living space) house has to be completely plastered inside, what should I expect to pay? 2-3k?

Measure and calculate all the interior wall surfaces completely. Then enter everything into MyH*mmer and/or ask a few specialist companies in the area. Then you will see what to do next.

*Edit: I just read that you have removed the wallpaper. If you want to have the walls properly plastered, the old plaster must be removed first. If the old plaster is still okay, full-surface filling and sanding might be enough. Have a professional take a look.
