Thank you. Good catch. The development plan states that we must return to the height of the boundary in the terrain. Otherwise, nothing else is regulated.

Well, then my green line is already planned in advance. I have come to 532.80m with my investigations. So rather just a transposition of numbers. Garage then 54 cm (3 steps) higher than the house. Whether the entrance through the garage still makes sense should be clarified by the architect.

We have to build with a 2.5m distance to the boundary. However, we have already obtained a written approval from the city for the entrance canopy including the balcony.
