Attached is the entire plan I have received. Exactly, I meant to the right of the drawn red square where the city has registered the right of way and the tree to be planted is recorded. I found the following about this in the development plan (see attachment).

Your salami tactic won't get you any further, 6.1 isn't even complete! Since the development plan doesn't seem to be available online, we're left with the crystal ball, which unfortunately I've misplaced. At least the snippet strengthens my suspicion that there probably isn't space for a garage in your desired corner, since a tree has to be planted there.

And you didn't find anything about parking spaces and garages?

Am I just too stupid right now?! From where is the property accessed, from the bottom of the plan? And then you want to put a garage in the very last corner? But placing a tree over the strip for which the utility easements are secured is not very smart either, is it? Or do I really have blinders on here?!

Yes, it says here that garages are not allowed on areas with planting requirements and plant binding. How should one interpret the "circle" of the tree? Is the outer circle the boundary?

Yes, exactly. The street comes from below. The background is that I would like to place the house in the back corner and then the garage right next to it, so the garden (south side) in front of the house could be used optimally, even if a somewhat longer driveway would be necessary.

Yes, unfortunately a page is missing in the document that was sent to me. I will follow up on this again.

I would reconsider that.
The driveway will be long, which affects the floor area ratio. Additionally, such a driveway is not exactly free of cost. If you absolutely want to use the south side, it's unreasonable to waste half the area as a driveway. Especially since it’s not actually the south, but the southeast.
So if you are going to make the long driveway, then place the house so that you have as much space as possible towards the west (which is actually the interesting side, by the way, south is overrated).

A few measurements would be helpful.
