Design for a single-family house with 160-180 sqm - suggestions for improvement?

A nice bright staircase so that you immediately feel at home. Not this narrow dark staircase that in the end requires an acrobatic feat to open the door with full hands (shopping).

As long as the OP doesn't understand that you can stack 2 stairs on top of each other - even with a basement door, this thread isn't worth it at all.

We had already tried that - but then the garage is too small. A landing staircase needs about 3*2m. It doesn't really save anything compared to the two straight staircases (each 3.5sqm), right?

Well then I'll speak up. haydee already said that the staircase has to be on the north/east wall and it should be a half-turn, for example as a landing. The information about the property is too sparse for me to invest time and brainpower into a suggestion. How big is the land and how is it shaped? Where is the street? Where is the garden? Where are the neighbors? Where is the sunny side for the terrace?
