As mentioned, the staircases are intentionally placed next to each other. Otherwise, it does not seem possible to connect the upper floor and basement. Measurements actually result from the grid squares - they should match perfectly.

So honestly, you need to put in a bit more effort if you want useful answers. Is everyone supposed to save your pictures somewhere and rotate them just to view them? The measurements don't add up for me based on the boxes. And draw it properly. It's just scribbled down quickly.

The problem with the stairs is not that there are two, but that the staircase in the [OG] is drawn in a different location than in the [EG], that is not possible

If I interpret the initial post correctly and read that there is a planner and he adapted the floor plan to the site (which the OP wrote), it is rather just hastily done because he doesn't want to post the plans. But feel free to correct me and I am wrong, dear OP.

Sorry, that's correct. The door to the guest room on the ground floor is a bit too far to the right, and therefore also the stairs. The stairs on the ground floor would need to be moved a bit to the left

As far as I understand, the plans are not allowed to be posted due to data protection and copyright. Therefore, they were copied by hand.
