Costs for the heating & sanitary trade

Hello Tolentino, we have only obtained one offer so far and would end up at just under 52k gross without bafa, excluding bathroom ceramics. With bafa it would be just under 42k gross. Included:

That would be about 10% of the construction costs for us, depending. We want to build a KfW 40+ house, 193 sqm with an architect. Since I currently lack comparison offers, I cannot yet assess whether it is a lot or little. We (want to) build with individual contracts and an architect. However, and here I would really advise you to look for a solution with your general contractor, the problem might be that you yourself do not find anyone who can/wants to do it. No idea where you are building. Besides the above-mentioned offer (a nationwide company) I contacted three/four local companies. All rejected me: too much work, too complex, no time and no desire. I have to say, he is moving further and further into my favorite position, which is really going to be hard for the others.
I still have two companies that absolutely want to submit an offer and an appointment with a "neighbor".
The foreman is very friendly, flexible, understanding, sometimes overlooks things, but then immediately gives in.
So far, apart from the total costs, which are not yet 100% certain regarding ventilation ("we have to see how it looks on site"), I am very satisfied and optimistic. The payment terms are also good (no advance payment, always 10,000 EUR installments based on progress, 2% discount within 7 days). If the execution works even remotely that well, I’d be happy.
He also does the under-insulation, for example, but said that it is just busywork and you could easily do it yourself.

Regarding wall heating, my wife has now decided that she prefers towel radiators (of course only with a heating cartridge). Wall heating steals more space where you can’t put anything, even if it looks cleaner at first. But she probably wants designer radiators that cost 1,000 EUR...
