we ultimately decided against the provider (not necessarily against Wolf). The reason was that I wanted a craftsman from the area, not a salesperson.
Now we have a craftsman from Berlin who is currently planning with a Vitocal-200-S (exact model D09). This was primarily about the BAFA subsidy that we still wanted to apply for. Which pump it will be in the end is still open and will be decided finally based on the calculations. We were advised to build without a buffer and thermostats, etc. Since we are building with kfw funding, I still have to clarify this with the energy consultant. It seems more reasonable to me, but legally it probably looks different.
