For your information: I had a conversation last week with a sanitary and heating engineer from Berlin. The offer should come in this [Sowchose], then I have another number.

What I found interesting was that he does the planning beforehand, but only starts when the interior plaster is done. Then he installs everything, connects everything, and closes up the walls again. That sounded like as few interface coordinations as possible for us building with individual contracts.

I will get in touch when the offer is available.

How does he then lay pipes under plaster? Oh, so he opens them up and then closes them again? Quite a lot of effort, right?

You have similarly little to coordinate if you follow the normal sequence. It simply doesn't make sense to me. It also becomes more expensive because the plumber has an extra work step that otherwise wouldn't exist. Can he do it with sufficient quality? After all, it's not his trade.

hmm, maybe I misunderstood him. I have not yet discussed it with my architect and will ask again. Thanks for the hint!

normally rough installation,
i.e. all cables over the unfinished floor and partially chased into the walls, plugs everywhere, and when screed, plaster, tilers are done,
installation of the devices and fittings
