The offer has already come, I find it high, so I wanted to ask the neutral experts here whether it is generally too high for the plan or fits, or how one can still save in the range of 10k

You can’t say without seeing the list of the offer. Really not. In landscaping, there are so many details that range between luxury for idiots, simply superfluous, nice to have, necessary. The electrical planning alone is a complete ecosystem in this regard. Underground tanks or floor, or wall sockets? With stone cover in stainless steel frame? Or as a prefabricated element.
You have to sit down with your architect and demand a sample check if you don’t want to disclose the items here.
Lounge couch – that can go from 150 to 20,000... the granite edging at the trampoline can also be built from super elaborate to quick and cheap, and both are nice.

You already have the offer?? Come on… You’re playing cat and mouse with us.

Deliver something then you’ll get something in return. Everything else is nonsense.

That was not my intention, I was aiming for a neutral assessment.

I do not want to disclose the offer in detail. I also think it would not be fair to the landscaper who has worked very correctly so far. It is just under 120k (including Molina concrete paving, cistern, garbage box, concrete blocks, turf, etc.).

I hope you can communicate better with the architect than here. It is not primarily about the amounts, but about the service and product description and their quantity.

I would say, if someone wants to spend 100,000 on a garden, they don't need to haggle over 10,000. Your contact person for saving 10,000 euros is the architect.

Oh and tip: No fine gravel surfacing near the house entrances.
