What are the dimensions of the property?

That is overall hard to estimate. Too many unknowns.
You already bury a lot of money in the walls. Depending on height/material/landscaper, it can cost €400/m or even €800/m. How many meters do you have? And are they all necessary?

Planned, I find it nice, but on the small area, it would be too much for me. On the right side, there is also a street, because otherwise the traffic sign would not be marked. Is it allowed for you to build the carport with a tool shed up to the street? Is the additional driveway to the carport also clarified?

Now we would like to know approximately how much the fun would cost (without the pool!)

I also think the plan is good. If the pool is removed, I would let nature have its way there and create a wildflower meadow or something similar. Beautiful, low-maintenance, and a good complement to the otherwise rather architectural design. Also ask the garden and landscape gardener lady again what she says about the lawn/shrub pruning. Should all of that really go into the bio-bin, or would it be better to designate a place for it?

Yes, on the right there is a pedestrian path, the accesses are clarified and approved. I am not emotionally attached to the carport.

What would you leave out to simplify it?

The question is rather, how high is your budget?
