Of course, we had given a budget specification. I just wanted to have a countercheck here.

But that cannot be said at all without knowing the details of the offer. That is even more difficult with the garden than with the house. If it is about saving less than 10,000 euros, then that can quickly be saved on the material and product selection. For more, you have to plan anew. Or, for example, omit the extra breakfast spot. Unless you are retirees who can sit there every morning.

I intentionally did not specify that here to get a neutral assessment. But in the range of 80-100k (without pool, carport).

Well, "how much does a car for four people cost" and then showing a picture of the silhouette of an SUV - that's how sensibly to answer the question. A few years ago, we cut a garden plan for a commercial project in half just by exchanging plants, cheaper paving, drainage channels and lights.

Then just wait for the offer if you have given that as a budget. As mentioned, choice of materials. Large-grown deciduous tree, expensive variety in corten steel bed 5k. Young standard tree in border edging 500€. These are rough estimates but we cannot know what it will come down to.

Well, it's just about an indication with assumptions.

Exactly this is now the approach, to evaluate the individual items and optimize the pricing (paving, plants, walls, etc.).
