Hey, we are building the same house

To me, your numbers don't sound bad overall. Yes, you should plan more for the material for the walls, and for the kitchen, for example, you just need to know if that is enough for you.
Dixi is included in the house price.
Some things mentioned here, like the outdoor water tap for example, are also included.
For us, the additional foundation costs calculated by the contractor were sufficient (6500 was calculated, it was 6400). If I remember correctly, there is also some kind of certificate for this, where a certain amount is covered if it becomes more expensive than expected without it being foreseeable.

You have also calculated some items that could easily be left out if it gets tight in the end

So with us, it was 3300€ for painting materials, about 300€ of which was for tools, etc. The staircase was finished with fine plaster, the rest with painter's fleece and then painted. 140m² living space plus basement. The basement was only painted. Most was bought online and not from expensive specialty stores, but always quality goods. Just the wall paint from Keim cost 1200€. You can also buy cheaper ones. But they shouldn't be cheap, you won't be happy with that. Masking tapes and masking materials were over 200€. Even if you do it yourself, it adds up.

I also think that this calculation can work. Whether you downgrade your new house with a cheaper kitchen might be the case, but who cares? The plan is to live there into old age. And during that time the kitchen will definitely be replaced once. If the OP says a cheap kitchen is enough for him, then that's okay. Here, the price from the furniture store/Ikea can of course still change if the measurements don’t fit or small things are added, but for the price you will definitely get a kitchen.

Founding costs are, as always, the big unknown. If necessary, the outdoor area has to wait. We had additional costs in the amount of 5500,- €.

With the painting work, as some others have already written before me, the materials are already quite expensive. We commissioned a painter via MyHammer who plastered and wallpapered the ceilings on the ground floor/upper floor with painter’s fleece. In addition, he primed the whole house and finely plastered the bathrooms (previously lime-cement plaster). It cost just under 4000,- €. Additionally, we certainly spent 500 - 800 € on paint, tape, protective foil, etc.

Painting. Applied directly on the plaster. Drywall sander costs around 120€ new, Bosch precision tool 150€, the paint from toom for 25€ is good, one spray is enough, two rolls of fleece, 50€, masking tape from Aldi or Lidl is great, 5€ per bag, better get three or four at once, so 20€, good roller from toom with handle 25€, 10€ for brush, paint grid and small roller and mixer another 20€, primer from B1 costs 9.99 for 10l, then tinting paint for 5€...

The 5kg bag of gypsum filler somehow costs 8€, used 2, plasterer’s cup 2-3, spatula 5€... sanding block with roller and sanding grid maybe 15€. And also acrylic. We paid under 1000€ for the 300m² living space, and bought a Ryobi cordless cartridge gun with charger, the good Würth acrylic, a drywall sander and a paint spraying system. So another 400€ worth of equipment already included in the 1000€. Oh, I also had to buy a Kärcher vacuum, but that was due anyway. +150€

Neighbor worked with STO edel-premium and roller, he had to go over the green drywall three times. I sprayed once. But you also need 15l per 15m² room.

But the drywall was already filled by the construction company with fiberglass tape, we only had to do fine work on the joints. Then just spruce up the plaster and finely fill the joints in the concrete ceiling.

Regarding soundproof windows: I also have Ytong and soundproof windows. I just hear the "noise" through the wall now, not through the window.

Unfortunately, I don’t know how to quote my own quote within a quote. Therefore, I will address all points like this.

30cm is probably not enough. That’s why 7000 additional foundation costs. Of course, I cannot say whether it will stay that way.
Container and portable toilet are even included.
Outdoor water tap connection and outdoor sockets are included.
Roof hatch + ladder are included.
The heating has its own chimney. The air-exhaust chimney is for a "feel-good" stove ^^

Floor
75 sqm tiles by a tile setter in the family 3800 (25 euros per sqm)
56 sqm vinyl flooring for rooms upstairs 1900 (unit price 25 + 8 euros per sqm for baseboards and sound/impact protection)

I have corrected the painting costs to 2000.

LED recessed spotlights and attic light/2 sockets > I will have the power supply installed. Recessed lights for outside, wiring, junction holder, core drill, screws are included. But well, that’s how it is when talking to laymen. PS: As you shout into the forest. I am looking for help but still want a respectful interaction. Therefore, this will now be my only barb against you. I realize you don’t care. I don’t mean it badly. I can estimate the price here well because I am an electrician myself and know exactly what I need. :P

Paving costs 6700
Substructure, laying paving and curbstones, removing excess soil 80 euros per sqm
Concrete paving 18 euros per sqm

Fence Clip Fix Pro in anthracite including gate, post sleeves, concrete for the gate 1400 euros
Behind that a row of thuja 1.5-1.75 high, the rest + additional small ones on the property to the right of us 2100

I will do the earthworks for the garden house foundation myself. It will not be a proper concrete foundation.

Garden furniture? I don’t find the word "funny" necessary. Of course, I haven’t looked in any garden luxury center. We are 2 people and planning for 4. Affordable smoker grills exist for under 200. Garden furniture for 300 I find sufficient.

Calling a 6000 euro kitchen cheap, cheap, cheap... I accept your opinion.

I will probably have to lay the splash guard around the house myself. Would it be advisable that the earthworker puts a little more gravel around the house so that the substructure is already made for it? Then I would only have to set curbstones and fill gravel between the house and curbstone.

I am unsure about the door canopy. Yes, it is nice to be able to stand under it, but for aesthetic reasons we will probably refrain for now.

The entrance platform should consist of one block step. We want a similar color tone as with the concrete paving here.

Thanks for the added values.

I have corrected the painting work to 2000. However, as own work. Painting utensils are available.
It is tight, yes. I would also prefer 30,000 euros more to have a bigger buffer everywhere, but I don’t think waiting for that is right. Thanks for your comment.

That’s alright. If it bothers you, then don’t read it. I do it gladly because, as I said, I want to have an assessment and appreciate the time. A general sentence will follow shortly.
