Sorry, I misunderstood, to me it sounded like 25€ per tile including material and labor, and I overlooked the 7,000€. Still, I find that all quite tight... I'm just a country bumpkin and there's a different price structure here, but for us the painting work for a bungalow should cost almost 10,000€ at Q3 with painter's fleece painted white...

Air exhaust, is that supposed to be the heating? Or where is the item?

the standard is not bad for everyone Schwörerhaus had a lot in it here.

In Bauhaus there are very nice tiles for 25 euros, we even have some in the granny flat for 20 euros that look okay nice.

He says, painting work only material, they do the work themselves. Anyone who is diligent can manage that too, it is not too complicated a job to putty and paint a new building,

I thank everyone for the answers. Unfortunately, I can only respond tomorrow morning in a way that allows me to give everyone the time in the response and the respect they deserve.

A shame, as things are really picking up here. Good night!

Is it not usually the case that containers and portable toilets are included in the price at Town & Country? I only know from Danwood that you have to take care of that yourself.

But don’t overdo it, we’re in a forum here – you can abbreviate me if you like... I have been giving the same answers for 5 years now, and that without inflation adjustment ... ok, except for the kitchen...

No, Heinz von Heiden has been doing it that way for 6 years now: if you as the builder provide the container and porta potty yourself, you can save money. That’s how some finance the floor-to-ceiling shower. However, you can add the service if you want.
The bargain hunters hardly have any options left to reduce the scope of services so that they stay attractive on the market and still make a profit. They then save on things like this in the construction service description. For some it’s even the base coat or the drywall (without plastering) on the upper floor.
