But that is more due to the nonsensical structuring of the conditions of the BSK than to the Riester fact. This difference in conditions cannot be clearly explained from a business or financial mathematical perspective; I only have the thought... must... sell... Riester... and accordingly, the interest disadvantage in other contract variants is calculated. You certainly won't have an advantage of this magnitude, because they don't have anything to give away either.

Yes, I can’t disagree there. I can only tell you what was told to me in the hope that it can be confirmed or discussed. I also see it that way, that the Riester building savings contract is being pushed for whatever reason. Because for my part, I always have to pay closing fees, whether I take advantage of the promotion of a Riester building savings contract or choose another building savings contract. Currently, it’s about the Schwäbisch Hall building savings contract by the way, maybe someone already has explicit experience with that.

Good morning everyone,
since I haven’t been online for a few weeks and, due to private matters (engagement, vacation, and so on), neglected the forum a bit, here are the latest updates on the current status.

In another thread, I already mentioned that my fiancée and I each took out two home savings contracts at the beginning of the year, which could possibly be used as TA loans.
Whether this will actually happen or not will only become clear in 2-3 years (depending on the interest rate situation). Nevertheless, I believe it was a good decision to secure the favorable interest rate from the beginning of the year.

Furthermore, the property search also progressed.
After reviewing the new development area being developed in the city and the plots, we were initially unsure. Either too small or too big. As I see it, this is always a cost/benefit consideration.
In addition, the price per square meter was increased again, which we had expected but, of course, is not exactly advantageous.

So the search continued, and by chance, we found a gap in the village that, at about 760m², is neither too small nor too big (shape almost square). There, we weighed the pros and cons compared to the other development area.
After extensive communication with the city, we looked at the development plan. We thought about whether and how our house could best be realized on this plot.
A building inquiry followed, and lo and behold, it is now allowed to build outside the building lines and in the intended style according to our wishes.

The purchase is now imminent, and we can also pay for the plot with our own funds.

So now it goes on towards our own home… and the next questions will certainly come.

Since I have already read the mention of a fiancée 4 times in just a few posts today, I would like to congratulate and greet you, although unknown to me. It is new to me that an engagement is worth mentioning at all, but since you do it, it must be a major life event for you that you are proud of.
Regards Yvonne

One is then at least considered a relative within the meaning of §15 of the Fiscal Code and thus has extended rights beyond those of just a friend.

Oh you again that was not supposed to come across like that or at least that's how I took it, because here with us at least everyone now uses this "word" and no longer says "girlfriend."

Hm.. just as a side note in my defense. But still thanks

p.s I will try to speak normally again
