yes it is small, but we do not have more options because only 50 m2 are allowed to be built, 5.5 m high.

the land, however, is owned.

snowy 36, the problem is that the basement was not sealed at two floor-to-ceiling light shafts - it should have been torched twice. the problem is also that now no one can guarantee whether the renovation can be made 100% watertight. we are currently submitting the amendment plan - according to the building financing, the authority will approve it. once approved, the building financing must renovate. basically, it means digging up on two sides again and applying tar twice and torching. at the moment, they are willing to renovate. possibly some injection will be necessary. we hope the company agrees to the renovation concept. otherwise, we are stuck. renovation costs are enormous and we have to complete the building for move-in.

In Austria, is it allowed to live in the allotment garden? I would be happy if you could show us the floor plan sometime. I also wonder how one is supposed to live on that space with three children.

Why didn’t you have a WU basement constructed if the groundwater and river issues were known? From what you write, the living basement is made of masonry! Why?

Very bad.. don’t you have the chance to just sell all that stuff again and get out of the deal with a small five-figure sum?

Just saw [Dichtbetonkeller]. How is the basement constructed now? It seems to be done incorrectly or something has shifted!

A colleague built a [WU-Keller] 10 years ago and currently has water intrusion in the basement for 3 months. Pretty annoying, you build watertight and then this happens.
