Construction defects - Damage control?

Trend is towards low-cost construction .... rarely laughed so much .... Nothing is cheap anymore, so unfortunately you don’t get the same for the same money as when you built. Ypg and somewhere you have to save .... building with an architect and an expert is simply the most expensive option and here in my building area we were the only ones among 10 houses who had both ... the expert, however, only after problems arose.
