Nevertheless, there are externals who come where it glitches. At our place, the string framework was checked. With that, your basement would be at the correct height.
An expert during the construction phase PLUS a site manager are already significant additional costs.
Grandma, aunts, friends, nanny to name the most common. But I find this philosophy absurd. Either I have time to build a house, or I don't, then I have to look at what I can get in existing properties. You can't build a house on the side unless you're Rockefeller. And hoping that you pay someone and then it will work out is like playing the lottery. You only get lucky very rarely. I also find there is a complete lack of structure here. Even in this thread, it’s just one big mess. You need a clear overview: - what damages are there? List! - who caused what? Documentation! - who is willing to fix it? Can it be renegotiated? - what do solutions look like and who can do it? - what else needs to be done before moving in? - how much money is still available and how is it divided? - new schedule with deadlines for the craftsmen and someone who supervises - payment only after acceptance by an expert Complaining endlessly, hoping and waiting for the culprit to admit their mistake is nonsense. Document, get a written confirmation from the expert, and then think ahead.and unfortunately not everyone can be there - because of 50 hours where or WHERE would our 3 children be if I had been on the construction site for 8 hours every day? WHO would have looked after them?
Such nonsense... Not everyone has family around who can take care of the children and the moms also have to work full time to even afford a house! And if there is nothing available in the existing stock, do I have to stay renting because of that?? Rarely read such nonsense. Of course, you have to invest a lot of time to build a house, but you can always fall flat on your face...Grandma, aunts, friends, nanny to name the most common. But I find this philosophy absurd.
